How Clash Sport Works
One live game. Two players. Opposite calls. Sixty seconds. Winner takes 90% of the pot — no house, no edge, fully on-chain.
The Basics
Every featured game on Clash Sport is live and in play, with a real-time win probability that moves with the action. A clash is a head-to-head duel on that number: one player says it finishes UP in 60 seconds, the other takes DOWN, and both stake the same amount of ETH.
There is no sportsbook setting a line and no house on the other side of your call. The protocol escrows both stakes and settles the result — that's it. Your opponent is always another player.
We feature the five highest-volume live games at any moment, across soccer, basketball, tennis, cricket, football, UFC, and esports.
The Life of a Clash
1. Create. Pick a game, call UP or DOWN, set your stake (0.001–100 ETH). Your ETH moves into an on-chain escrow, your challenge appears in the public feed, and you get a share link to send to anyone.
2. Match. Another player accepts and stakes the same amount on the opposite side. A 30-second countdown begins.
3. Lock. When the countdown hits zero, the live price is written on-chain as your start price. The clash is now running.
4. Settle. Sixty seconds later the end price locks. Higher than the start? UP wins. Lower? DOWN wins. The winner takes 90% of the pot in the same transaction. Exactly equal? Both players are refunded in full.
Unmatched clashes can be cancelled any time and your stake is refunded — and if nobody joins within 5 minutes, the clash expires automatically and your stake is returned on-chain. Ties and stale-feed situations always refund stakes in full. The only thing never refunded is the flat network fee (see below), which is tiny and funds settlement.
Where the Pot Goes
Every settled clash splits the pot the same way, enforced by the program:
- 90% to the winner. A 1.8x return on your stake, paid instantly at settlement.
- 5% buys and burns CLASH. ETH accrues to an on-chain buyback vault and burns CLASH supply on a rolling schedule. Track it on the burn page.
- 5% pays CLASH stakers. Distributed in ETH, pro-rata, continuously. See the staking page.
- Network fees: normal Robinhood Chain transaction fees — fractions of a cent.
On top of the stake, each player pays a flat 0.00006 ETH network fee when they create or join a clash. It goes straight to the settler that signs the price and runs the on-chain settlement, so the game funds its own keeper and never needs topping up. The fee is a fraction of a cent and is not refundable — but your stake is always fully returned on a cancel, a 5-minute expiry, a tie, or a stalled feed.
Referral Program: 30% of the Fees, Forever
Every player has a referral link in their profile. When someone joins through your link, their wallet is bound to yours on-chain — and from then on you earn 30% of both fee streams from every clash they fight, win or lose.
- The math: 30% of the buyback stream + 30% of the staker stream = 3% of the entire pot per referred fighter in a clash.
- Paid on-chain, at settlement. Your cut lands in your wallet in the same transaction that pays the winner. Nothing to claim.
- Never at players' expense. The winner always takes 90% — referral rewards come out of the protocol's fee streams.
The CLASH Token
CLASH has a fixed 1 billion supply and two jobs: get burned and pay stakers. 5% of every pot buys CLASH and destroys it permanently; another 5% pays ETH to anyone staking CLASH. No emissions, no inflation — the fee stream from real gameplay is the entire economy.
Staking has no lockups: stake and unstake whenever you want, claim rewards any time, and unstaking auto-claims everything you're owed.
Safety & Fairness
Fully on-chain. Escrow, price locks, settlement, the burn, and staking all run in Robinhood Chain contracts anyone can read. Every clash leaves a permanent, verifiable record.
Non-custodial. Stakes sit in program-owned vaults. There are exactly four ways funds leave: settlement, tie refund, your own cancel, or a stale-feed refund.
Permissionless failsafe. If the price feed ever stalls past its staleness window, anyone can trigger the refund — no trust in an operator required.
Real market prices. Win probabilities are derived from high-volume live prediction markets, the sharpest consensus available, and validated for freshness on-chain at both clash boundaries.
