50% of every fee
- 2% of every winning profit, deducted from the winner — a $10 win at 2x returns $19.80. Payouts in the app are always shown net of it.
- 2% of every loss, carved out of the house's gain — never added to the loss. A $10 loss sends $9.80 to the LP and $0.20 to fees.
- Only while no winner is queued. While tickets are outstanding, a loss goes entirely to queued winners (then the LP), and a queued win still nets 98% — its fee just isn't paid out.
- The team earns exactly 1¢ per $1 of losses or winning profit (the treasury's half of the fee) — nothing from deposits and nothing from CLASH emissions.
How the house works
- Starts at $0, fills from losses. Nobody deposits into the LP — it grows from player losses.
- Winners always get their stake back instantly. Profit is paid from LP cash. If the LP can't cover it, the unpaid profit becomes a first-in-first-out ticket.
- Losses repay tickets first. Every loss pays down the queue before anything else; tickets become claimable as the queue head passes them.
- House Funds can be negative. House Funds = cash − unpaid tickets. A negative number just means the queue is longer than the cash on hand.
Fair-launch CLASH
- Minted only to losing bets — 100 CLASH per $1 lost, no team or investor allocation. Supply started at zero.
- The $2M knee. Once gross House Funds first pass $2M, the rate decays: 100 · S²/(S+H)² with S = $120M and H the high-water mark above $2M.
- Fees to stakers. Stakers get 50% of every fee — 2% of winning profit and 2% of each loss — paid in USDG.
- Staged split of house gains. The LP keeps 100% of what the house earns up to $500k, 50% up to $3M and 25% up to $5M; stakers get the rest, and everything past $5M. The LP tops out at $2.25M, and refills in full after a losing streak before stakers are paid again.
